Participants will have access to on-demand courses covering a variety of key topics, including Introduction to the Insurance Industry, Insurance Relationship Management, Personal and Commercial Lines Coverage, Tips & Tricks for Managing Technology and many more. The program is ideal for new agents starting their industry career, experienced professionals looking to refine their skills and expand their knowledge, and agencies seeking growth through better-equipped team members.

In addition, participants can attend monthly webinars led by industry experts, offering insights into the latest trends and best practices. To ensure a personalized learning experience, each agency will receive a customized Agency Team Page within the program’s online Learning Center, complete with the option to add your logo, agency message, and even multimedia elements like videos and photos. 

To further support professional growth, the program also includes a Mentor Program designed specifically for new account managers.
