The Staff at IIARI are responsible for directing the educational offerings, conference, and event organization, communication, and management of the national Big I Programs and other professional and administrative tasks involved in running the association.

IIARI Board Members are elected annually and are responsible for leading committees, setting the yearly agenda at the convention and much more.

To encourage young agents and those new to the industry to become engaged and aware of all aspects of the insurance industry, fostering talent, encouraging education, and providing opportunities for growth as future leaders of the insurance industry.

IIARI PAC supports state candidates for public office who are sympathetic to the interests and views of Independent Insurance Agents and their customers. InsurPAC works hand in hand with the association’s advocacy efforts.

The Government Affairs Committee meets regularly to review legislation introduced in the State House that impact our interests. These regular meetings, comprised of volunteer members of both organizations, meet to review each piece of legislation that potentially touches our business.
