Chris Paradiso is a nationally recognized insurance agency owner, speaker, and industry innovator with more than 25 years of experience. As founder of Paradiso Insurance, he has grown the agency into a multi-state operation with more than 50 employees and earned national recognition, including Safeco and Liberty Mutual’s National Agent for the Future Award.

Through Paradiso Presents, Chris coaches agencies across the country on marketing, technology, and process innovation. Known for his leadership in digital strategy and data-driven customer service, he continues to help shape the future of the insurance industry while remaining deeply committed to community involvement and mentorship.


Spencer Pollock is a member of McDonald Hopkins’ national Data Privacy and Cybersecurity team, specializing in incident response and privacy consulting. He has handled hundreds of cyber incidents and data breaches, helping organizations navigate ransomware attacks, business email compromise, regulatory response, and data privacy compliance.

A recognized leader in cybersecurity law, Spencer is a frequent speaker, media guest, and host of the “Cyber Law Revolution” podcast. He also advises organizations on proactive cybersecurity planning, policy development, employee training, and risk mitigation to strengthen their overall security posture.


Chris Loehr has spent 25 years leading organizations through cybersecurity incidents where fast, high-stakes decisions matter.

His background includes senior IT leadership in banking and financial services, serving as President of Solis Security, and leading one of the world’s largest cyber incident response operations supporting thousands of organizations globally.

As co-founder of Cyrenity, Chris leads operations and growth while remaining actively involved in ransomware response, cyber investigations, and critical client situations. A Chainalysis-certified investigator and frequent speaker in the MSSP and cyber insurance communities, he focuses on practical strategies that work in the real world.
