Exhibitor Setup/Tear Down:

• Setup Time: Monday, June 10 | After 1pm
  
• Tear Down Time: Tuesday, June 11 | After 6:30pm or Wednesday before 9am
• The exhibit hall will close on Tuesday, June 11 at the conclusion of the reception.
  

• Exhibit Hall Opens: Tuesday, June 11 @ 8am
• Exhibit Hall Break:  Tuesday 10-10:30am and 3-3:30pm
• Exhibitor Reception: Tuesday, June 11 | 4:00pm-6:00pm
  

• All exhibitors are encouraged to attend the Welcome Reception on Monday, June 10 from 4:00pm-6pm at the Wyndham Hotel.

Scavenger Hunt:

• Each attendee will be directed to visit the Exhibit Hall and all exhibitors throughout the event by participating in the Scavenger Hunt.
